Important: VIC Business Calling Card is exclusively for VIC / International Organizations and Embassy Staff members. Please do not resell these cards outside your organizations. The VIC Business Calling Card is only available at your Staff Council at the VIC.

Usage outside of Austria: Please note that if you use the VIC Business Calling Card outside Austria there will be NO additional charges from our side. Please also note that if you use your cell phone your provider will charge you for roaming costs.
Tipp: use a local landline (i.e. hotel) to be sure that you don't get charged for Roaming.
How does it work?
Step 1: call the Access Number (depends on the country where you are and if you call from a landline or a cell phone)
Step 2: enter your PIN (on the back of your card)
Step 3: enter the destination number: 00+ country code + city code + phone number
Step 4: please wait until you get connected.
NOTE: if you use your mobile phone, after dialing desired number please DON'T press the "Call" button yet wait until you get connected!
