Higher education institutions in the UK and Ireland can acquire ArcGIS software through the Esri Rest Agreement. The agreement offers two different options for different institutions to choose from: ArcGIS Identity – ArcGIS Pro License via ArcGIS online and allow offline use to allow users to access outside the grid Requests for additional uses that are not provided here, Esri can be sent via a request for information or copyright authorization.
